    Description
    Commercial Construction Superintendent We are seeking an experienced and skilled Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team in Wisconsin.

    As a Commercial Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

    You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution and successful project completion.

    Provide on-site supervision and management of all construction activities, including scheduling, coordination, quality control, and safety compliance.
    Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project planning, execution, and completion.

    Monitor project progress, identify and address any issues or delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

    Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed according to plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
    Manage and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with project requirements.
    Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment on the construction site.
    Review and interpret construction documents, including plans, specifications, and contracts.
    Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and other project-related records.
    Coordinate and communicate effectively with project team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
    Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to construction crews and other team members as needed.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
    Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, techniques, and codes.
    Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
    Proven track record of successful project management and completion.
    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Familiarity with construction software and technology tools.
