The company Startime-Services GmbH has been in existence since 2003 and has made it its mission to develop forward-looking and specialized personnel solutions for our clients as a partner of the most successful companies in the Rhine-Neckar triangle, Vorderpfalz and North Baden.

For our client in Speyer, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) as a clerk in the goods receipt department with professional experience in automotive logistics.

Tasks

Your tasks:

In your role, you will be responsible for the administrative processing of goods receipts (documentation and systembased processing).
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal and external quality and safety regulations.
Communication and coordination with customers and service providers involved in the business, as well as maintenance of internal system master data for the warehouse management system (WMS), complete your area of responsibility.

Qualifications

Your profile:

For our position, we value a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship as well as relevant experience in logistics or freight forwarding, ideally in the automotive/parts logistics sector.
Due to the nature of the tasks, we require good German and English language skills, both written and spoken, as well as good MS Office and WMS knowledge.
If you also have a willingness to work in shifts (2shift system), enjoy working independently and in a team, and are communicative, flexible, and resilient, we would be happy to receive your application.
