Your contribution:
- In our process team, you are jointly responsible for shaping the company's processes.
- You independently analyze the processes and develop recommendations for action in terms of adaptation and optimization needs.
- You act as an interface between the operational units and the internal IT service provider.
- You document the work processes in the companywide manual.
- In addition, you support employees in their daily questions.
What you bring with you:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in economics or a comparable field.
- Analytical thinking skills and a structured, solutionoriented way of working.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- First experience in process management as well as in the analysis and optimization of processes desirable.
- General IT system affinity, good handling of MS Office.
- A high degree of flexibility, integrity and commitment
