Your tasks

  • Commissioning of new plastic processing plants and servicing of existing plants
  • Inspection of assembly quality, identification of errors; performance of technical functional tests
  • Mechanical and process commissioning of ZSK machines and complete systems
  • Implementation of product-specific optimizations on existing plants
  • Documentation of commissioning progress and functional tests
  • Recording of additional work, hindrances; on-site tracking of deadlines and costs
  • Management of on-site commissioning team
  • Customer consultation
  • Creation of plant-specific start-up and operating instructions as well as training and instruction of operator personnel

Your profile

  • Completed engineering degree (diploma / master) in mechanical engineering / plastics technology, process engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in commissioning and corresponding customer contact
  • Expertise in the proper installation of aggregates
  • Basic knowledge of business administration
  • Very good English skills as well as in-depth knowledge of MS Office and ideally also SAP and Innosoft
  • Unrestricted willingness to travel and to longer stays abroad as well as flexibility
  • Confident appearance in different cultural circles as well as strong organizational skills
