You will search for suitable employees for BNW in Lower Saxony and Bremen – also strategically (concepts, recruiting strategy, possibly active sourcing) – and handle applicant communication

You will advise hiring managers on creating and publishing job advertisements on our career page and possibly on target group-specific job portals / social media channels

You will publish job advertisements through our applicant management system Bewerber3 (P&I Loga)
