    Job description

    Position Name: Maintenance Technician

    Location: Manor, Texas

    Responsibilities:

    • Execute assigned predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance activities
    • Ensure proper functioning of production lines.
    • Compliance with 5S principles
    • Execute assigned facility maintenance orders
    • Apply and comply with quality policy and objectives.
    • Preparation of LPA's.
    • Participation in problem-solving (safety, quality, and maintenance).
    • Perform general cleaning of all maintenance areas to maintain and comply with 5S.
    • Modify equipment to support: Safety needs, Quality needs or Efficiency needs.
    • Keep accurate records of work performed & downtime of each machine.
    • Communication with the maintenance team to ensure proper processes are being followed.
    • Assist in the troubleshooting and programming PLC's.
    • Perform facility related maintenance in general carpentry, plumbing, painting and electrical.
    • Involvement in new projects involving modification or installation of new equipment or machines for production.
    • Perform all duties in a safe and environmental manner.
    • Coordinate and follow up on work carried out by suppliers within MX3 facilities.
    • Monitoring and use of documents: MX , MX3-1-197, MX3-1-198, MX3-1-202, MX3-1-203, and MX3-I-188
    • Other duties as assigned.
    • Demonstrate leadership with activities that affect performance in relation to the quality, environmental, energy, and safety system
    • Ensuring compliance to and participate in IATF 16949 and CSR (Customer Specific Requirements) compliance & ISO 14001 certification
    • Supporting the launch of ISO 45001 and ISO 50001

    Profile Required:

    • High School Diploma
    • Technical Trade School with 442A
    • License or equivalent
    • PLC Experience: Read and Program
    • Robotic Programming knowledge
    • Pneumatic / Hydraulics
    • Electrical experience
