    Contractor seeks PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR – BILLING SPECIALIST to add to our team of professionals to serve our top notch customers Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30 pm.


    Duties include:
    Job set up, maintenance, and project administration
    Billing projects - both T&M and bid work.
    Professional communication to customers
    Working with SAP software systems
    Maintain subcontractor's insurance
    Process work tickets from technicians
    Note taking and data entry
    Filing both paper and digital
    General office support and administrative duties
    Answer phones
    Reception

    Qualifications:


    Excellent communications skills both written and verbal, Excellent with numbers, proofread habits established, is accurate and detailed, Highly organized, a team player, can multi-task easily, able to diligently execute tasks assigned without hesitation.


    Skills:


    Professional communication skills, Proven billing experience, Excel including creating formulas, Word, and Heavy Outlook, SAP software, Autodesk, Adobe Acrobat, and Foundation experience a plus.
