Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the processing of Los Angeles Contracts from the Sales Team, facilitate credit hold releases, and manage Posted & Delivered (P&D) for the market
  • Develop a clear understanding of the CMS-IMS systems for Contract DocuSign assignments and approvals
  • Maintain daily contract log for the Account Executives, Sales Planners and Coordinators
  • Assign contracts and Contract Change Notification documents for manager DocuSign when submitted by the Sales Team
  • Track Credit Holds and follow up with the Credit and Sales teams for release and final processing of contracts
Your Qualifications

  • Must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
  • Must be multitask oriented, and able to communicate clearly, comprehensively with complete personal and professional integrity.
  • Must be able to maintain confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong Computer Skills, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Selfmotivated with at least 35 years of professional work experience (prior front office management experience is ideal)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
