As a Supervisor in the inbound or outbound departments at our new logit.syncreon location in Dortmund, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of customer goods in the incoming and outgoing goods departments.

About the Role:


How you will contribute

  • Manage and oversee the inbound and outbound departments
  • Plan and assign work to employees, as well as provide them with necessary instructions
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, employees, and temporary workers
  • Coordinate and schedule forklift operations
  • Ensure that goods are moved within the agreed upon customer service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Ensure timely processing of orders and safe handling of incoming and outgoing goods
  • Coordinate and meet specified targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), SLAs, and customer requirements, and communicate with customers accordingly
  • Provide daily and weekly reports (internal and external)
  • Process priority shipments and customer orders, and delegate loading and storage tasks to employees
  • Manage stock transfers and updates in the warehouse management system
  • Report damages and claims, assist in handling claims and damages, and document accordingly
  • Ensure compliance and continuously review and optimize procedures and processes
  • Develop, create, and regularly update process descriptions and work instructions for the department

Your Key Qualifications

  • Completed commercial or technical training, preferably with a degree in business administration
