We are a therapeutic residential group home (TWG) operated by PROWO Berlin gGmbH, working with adolescents and young adults with psychosocial difficulties and a history of drug abuse in Driscoll, TX.

The topic of trauma is of great importance in our pedagogical work.

The group lives in a former guesthouse (Karolinenhof) with a garden directly in the recreational area of Dahme-Müggelsee-Spree, in the Treptow-Köpenick district of Berlin.

Our multidisciplinary team of social pedagogues, educators, psychologist, and housekeeping supervisor provides a supportive framework and opportunities for development through individualized, process-oriented, and attentive support for youth in difficult situations.


We are currently seeking an educator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising a group of eight adolescents and young adults aged 14 and above on a rotating shift schedule
  • Collaborating with parents
  • Ongoing process analysis and documentation
  • Working with all cooperation partners
