    Job Description:

    Full Stack Developer - CATS Team, Unemployment Insurance Division, DWS

    Web Design:

    • Strong skills in HTML/CSS
    • Skilled in responsive design utilizing CSS media queries.
    • Knowledge of accessibility requirements for visually challenged users.
    • Understanding of Human Computer Interaction (HCI) in improving user experience & usability.
    Front End Development:
    • Strong skills in TypeScript / JavaScript
    • Knowledge of and experience with the latest versions of Angular Framework
    • Translate visual and written designs into efficient front-end components.
    • Establish and implement best practices and standards for all front-end visuals.
    Back End Development:
    • Strong skills in C#, LINQ, and Entity Framework
    • Experience using AWS Lambda
    • Experience using AWS S3
    • Experience with AWS SNS/SQS
    • Experience with Terraform
    • Ability to write SQL.
    • Ability to effectively separate application, business, and data areas of the backend.
    • Translate visual and written designs into efficient backend libraries.
    • Establish and implement best practices and standards for all backend code.
    Overall:
    • Work closely with other developers and business analysts to ensure the integrity of the application throughout the development life cycle.
    • Experience with GitHub in a team environment.
    • Experience with Jira and Confluence
    • Ability to research and recommend new technology to enhance developer and user experience.
    The Ideal Candidate
    • Strong understanding of Unemployment Insurance taxes
    • Broad experience using C# with ASP.NET, LINQ, and Web APIs
    • Broad experience in user interface design and front-end development
    • Willing to mentor and build other members of the team.
    • Willing to work closely with business analysts on usability and design.
    • Experience with Oracle
    • Experience with PostgreSQL
