To support our client in Germersheim, we are looking for you as a Team Leader for Machine and Plant Operators (m/f/d).

Location: Germersheim

Type of employment: Full-time

Working hours: Hours per week

Your responsibilities:

Professional leadership of employees
Compliance, development, and documentation of safety standards, environmental, hygiene, and accident prevention regulations
Ensuring timely and cost-effective production while meeting required quality standards
Improving and maintaining cleanliness and order in the responsible area
Planning and controlling the implementation of efficient maintenance and cleaning of production equipment
Root cause analysis of production-related complaints and implementation of measures to prevent repeat complaints
Close collaboration with interfaces such as production planning, customer service, product development, technology, quality management, lean management, etc.
Participation in regular team leader meetings
Proper information, communication, and coordination with direct superiors
