Clinic Manager
We are looking for a motivated, operationally focused, and results-oriented leader to join our team as a Clinic Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical, regulatory, and operational aspects of our outpatient facility. Your main tasks will include building and leading a diverse team, collaborating with physicians, ensuring top-notch patient outcomes, and staying up to date with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, able to work independently, and have strong management and computer skills. A BSN degree and at least 12 months of dialysis management experience (or 5 years in dialysis with 12 months of management experience) are required, along with a current RN state license.
