- Assist attorneys in all phases of patent litigation, including pre-suit investigations, fact discovery, claim construction, expert discovery, and trial preparation.
- Prepare evidence binders, deposition binders, and other litigation support materials.
- Organize and maintain litigation databases, document repositories, and case files.
- Assist in the preparation of discovery requests, responses, and document productions.
- Support attorneys in depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings by organizing exhibits and evidence.
- Paralegal certificate or relevant legal training is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a patent litigation paralegal, including district court litigation, IPR proceedings, and ITC proceedings.
- Proficiency in patent database research and analysis tools.
- Familiarity with patent litigation procedures, rules of evidence, and e-discovery practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced litigation environment.
