Print Sales: 3 years (required)

We are a preferred provider of commercial print for over 30 years in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Traditional print is changing - and we're changing too. As we grow, we're becoming more of a "Marketing Solutions Provider", offering strategic solutions to our corporate clients.

In addition to traditional offset printing and online fulfillment services, we've offer digital printing and web-to-print solutions, design services, and mailing - and we want to expand on these service offerings in the future.


  • Develops new accounts and maintains existing accounts in a profitable manner.

Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Sells company capabilities to new and established customers. Acts as the primary service representative to customers. Accountable for maintaining and expanding annual profitable sales to assigned customers. Responsible for meeting mutually agreed upon sales targets.
  • Identifies needs of customers and potential customers regarding marketing campaigns, printed materials, and related services. Educates himself/herself in all phases of customers' business.
  • Presents company in a positive, professional manner by pre-qualifying prospects, preparing thoroughly for presentation opportunities, listening and responding effectively to client and prospect questions, closing sales at every opportunity, and performing all follow-up activities as promised. Appearance is well-groomed and attire is business appropriate.
  • Assists the customer in planning projects/campaigns by offering creative ideas on design, layout, printing, binding, mailing and other value-added services.
  • Obtains accurate customer deadline dates and advises production whenever art or proofs will be delayed, or when deadlines must be changed.
  • Assesses customer's plans regarding future campaigns and print projects, future budgets, and internal office automation or in-house marketing plans, and updates Sales Manager with this information.
  • Develops additional contacts at each account to assure continuity and/or sales growth.
  • Maintains call records, expense account records, customer information sheets, and/or Electronic Database records.

Salary:
$62, $75,000.00 per year
