    Job DescriptionAt ASP Americas Swimming Pool Company, we value our employees for who they are and the work they do. Together, we provide a premium service to the Tucson area and take the stress out of pool ownership.

    We are seeking someone who:
    • Practices safety first at all times
    • Acts with integrity, accountability, and discipline

    • Seeks to gain superior knowledge
    • Has a smartphone with a data plan capable of taking pictures, texting pictures, and accessing email and the internet
    • Has a valid drivers license and clean driving record
    • Is able to lift and carry up to 100 lb
    How youll make an impact:
    • Manage a swimming pool route that includes cleaning approximately 50 swimming pools in a standard workweek
    • Manage a stock of chemicals and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool
    • Spot equipment repair needs and report those needs to the office
    • Wear an ASP uniform that is clean and presentable each day to demonstrate professionalism
    • Send weekly reports to customers using our proprietary PoolOps program
