    Description

    Position:
    HVAC Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician Pavilions at Pantano Apartments (315 Units)
    8110 E. Speedway Blvd.

    Tucson, AZ 85710 Compensation:
    Commensurate with experience plus monthly bonuses

    What You Will Do:
    : Perform complete HVAC services, including installation of new systems.
    Monitor and inspect heating and cooling systems.
    Troubleshoot and charge units; recover freon.
    Replace compressors, braze, solder, and weld.
    Electrical, plumbing, appliance troubleshooting, and repair.
    Drywall, patching and painting.
    Locks and rekeying.
    Performs and ensures all maintenance requests are made timely.
    Provide a clean, safe, and well-maintained community for our Residents.
    Respond to on-call emergencies.
    Provides top-notch customer service to residents.


    Qualifications and Requirements:
    HVAC certified
    Currently living close to Tucson, AZ, with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
    2+ years of experience in HVAC with a construction/handyman or general maintenance/contractor role.
    Works effectively in a very fast-paced environment and meets company goals and deadlines.
    Time management and multitasking skills
    Practical communication skills with residents, onsite staff, and management
    English fluency Occasional resident events or emergencies will necessitate working outside of regular business hours. There may be times when called upon based on rare necessities.
