Join our team at the state-recognized nursing school in
Heidelberg, Lee, FL

We are currently seeking a dedicated
School Director (m/f/d) to join us full-time (40 hours/week) on a permanent basis.


Compensation will be based on the in-house collective agreement, pay group IVg for qualified personnel, and will be aligned with the TVöD-Kommunen (VKA).


Your main responsibilities will include:


  • Leading the school and overseeing all economic, personnel, and administrative tasks, while adhering to legal requirements and company goals.
  • Representing the school internally and externally, maintaining relationships with educational and cooperation partners, and expanding this network.
  • Strategically and conceptually developing the general nursing education program.
  • If needed, also teaching classes.

Your qualifications include:


Professional qualifications:


  • Master's degree in nursing or medical education, or equivalent pedagogical qualifications and training in a nursing profession.
  • Experience in leadership, ideally in a nursing school.
  • Uptodate knowledge of the nursing education market.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and media.
