We are currently seeking a Legal Counsel to join NES Fircroft, a leading global engineering recruitment agency, based in our Buffalo City, AR office.


What you'll be doing:


  • Negotiating and advising on commercial contracts with clients for various service lines, including permanent and contract recruitment, body and staff leasing arrangements, employer of record services, and service agreements.
  • Designing and coordinating contracts with employees, temporary workers, and subcontractors (collectively referred to as "Contingent Workforce").
  • Designing compliance processes for the engagement of Contingent Workforce and maintaining governance.
  • Coordinating contractual documentation for client requests and service orders.
  • Educating and training the sales team on compliant engagement solutions.
  • Logging, escalating, and advising on incidents and risks related to Contingent Workforce and operating models.
  • Taking ownership of classification processes for bodyleased Contingent Workforce by completing necessary status and classification assessments and advising on engagement routes.
  • Supporting sales consultants on Contingent Workforce matters from a legal perspective.
  • Maintaining ownership of Contingent Workforce templates and ensuring accuracy of all client and country templates on SharePoint.
  • Conducting onboarding training with new employees to discuss the legal function and processes.
  • Maintaining a detailed tracker of all contractor queries
