Possess superior verbal and written communication skills. - Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Provide transportation for clients as required for appointments, errands, and outings. Possibility of using a personal vehicle.
Adhere to assigned shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight schedules.
Record relevant information and clinical notes promptly and in compliance with organizational policies, within 24 hours.
Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility to ensure proper care.
Manage food inventory regularly as directed by the supervisor.
Dispose of expired food items.
Conduct inventory checks for supplies.
Perform various janitorial tasks such as cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
Deliver client training sessions as instructed by the supervisor.
Retrieve client prescriptions from the pharmacy.
Accompany clients to their appointments.
Ensure prompt return of all receipts and funds to the supervisor post-outings.
Prepare and serve meals following specified diets and menus.
Stay updated on current events by reviewing memos, emails, and bulletin boards.
Independently or collaboratively complete assigned tasks accurately, on time, and with minimal supervision.
Uphold Organizational Code of Conduct, Compliance Standards, and Security Programs by executing job duties legally and ethically.
Maintain confidentiality of client and organizational information by adhering to established policies.
Comply with attendance and punctuality regulations.
Follow safety and health standards by staying up-to-date with certifications and promptly reporting incidents.
Identify opportunities to enhance service quality.
Complete required training within specified timelines.
Carry out any additional duties as delegated by superiors. - Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Experience with clients dealing with mental health issues and/or developmental disabilities preferred.
Previous experience in a mental health environment desirable.
Possession of a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Proficient in English language skills - reading, writing, and speaking.

Task is carried out in residential settings which may entail extended work hours.
