The Life and Living Assistance Rhein-Kreis Neuss gGmbH is one of the largest providers of disability services in the Rhein-Kreis Neuss region, offering a wide range of counseling and support services to people with intellectual disabilities.


We are currently seeking professionals (special education nurses, geriatric nurses, health and nursing professionals, educators, or social workers) or non-professionals (m/f/d) for our Neukirchen residential home on a temporary part-time or full-time basis (maternity cover with the possibility of permanent employment).


Responsibilities:
What tasks can you expect?

  • Accompanying and supporting our clients with disabilities in all areas of participation
  • Participation in individual life, assistance, and support planning for adults with disabilities
  • Implementation of assistance and support planning in the pedagogical and nursing fields
  • Planning and accompanying daily structure and leisure activities in the community
  • Maintaining contact with family members/legal representatives
  • Collaboration with doctors, sheltered workshops, and other partners
  • Administrative tasks and ITbased service documentation
