Our client is a leading call center in the market, located in Buck Meadows, CA. Due to their expansion, their HR department is seeking new members to join their team.


The HR Generalist (M/F/d) will provide guidance and support to managers on employment matters such as policy interpretation, HR procedures, employee conflicts, employee engagement, performance management, and employee transitions within or out of the company.


The HR Generalist will also conduct investigations into employee relations issues, including customer or competitor behavior complaints, employer complaints, and employee/applicant complaints.

They will work closely with the Legal department to ensure fair and consistent policies and procedures, promoting a positive company culture.


Responsibilities:


  • Advise and coach managers on complex workplace issues, particularly during key points of the employee life cycle.
  • Uphold the company's Mission, Vision, and Values in all work and communication.
  • Act as a company advocate, promoting corporate culture and ensuring fair representation of employees.
  • Maintain high standards of integrity and business ethics.
  • Proactively connect with new employees to discuss their onboarding experience, reinforce culture and values, and assist with networking.
  • Collaborate with leaders and employees to improve work relationships, boost morale, and increase productivity and engagement.

Qualifications:


  • Strong listening skills and ability to understand the root causes of a situation, providing exceptional guidance and coaching to leaders.
  • Knowledge of employment law and uptodate with current employee relations legislation.
  • Proven negotiation and influencing skills
