    Job DescriptionWe are looking for our next great property manager. The property manager will oversee the coordination and supervision of service providers and be accountable for all on-site property management, including local marketing, all tenant relations and financial reporting.

    Compensation:

    $55,000

    Responsibilities:
    • Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process
    • Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers
    • Prepares annual budget to help make sure financial objectives are met
    • Maintain property by investing and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, and contracting with landscaping services to ensure our tenant's satisfaction
    • Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing
    Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members
    • Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends
    • 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred
    • Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service
    • Prior experience in property management
