Tasks and Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a full-time Construction Manager for our Fairview division. This business area offers growth opportunities for our company.

The soft soil in the marsh and the constant erosion along the coast provide a steady demand for construction projects on unstable ground and for the protection of people living behind the dikes.

Our water construction sites are located on the Elbe and its tributaries, the North Sea-Baltic Sea Canal, and the port of Hamburg.

We currently have three floating equipment units for installing sheet piles and piles from the water, as well as a long-arm excavator equipped with GPS for revetment and dredging work.

However, we are also able to carry out these tasks from land, as the equipment on the pontoons can be removed and used for land-based projects.

To further expand our presence in this market, we are looking for a Construction Manager with expertise in special foundation and water construction.

Your responsibilities will include independently calculating project costs, managing construction projects for both public and private clients, coordinating all aspects of the project from planning and budgeting to completion and quality control.

Requirements
We are looking for someone with a degree in civil engineering or a similar field.

Ideally, you will have previous experience in construction management in the engineering sector, as well as knowledge of MS Office and cost estimation software.
