From the start of your apprenticeship, you will be involved in our daily work.

You will gain insight into our entire IT department and also rotate through our business departments such as purchasing, sales, service, human resources, and marketing.

This will help you understand how SEW-EURODRIVE operates and make it easier for you to see the connections between different departments and supporting IT systems.

This is crucial for this profession.

You will be responsible for implementing the requirements of the business departments into complex hardware and software projects.

In the IT department, you will learn how information and communication systems work, their purpose, and how to use them.

You will always be working with the latest technologies.
The practical part of your apprenticeship will mainly take place at our Bruchsal location. The theoretical knowledge will be taught in vocational school.What happens after your apprenticeship?
After your apprenticeship, you can be employed in both business and IT departments.

With your business background, you will ensure that our IT systems and programs are properly planned, implemented, and utilized in different areas.
