- Represent clients in all phases of business litigation, including pre-trial investigation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trials, and appeals.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Develop and implement case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Assist with case management and supervision of support staff.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the Kentucky Bar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing business litigation.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to client service and professionalism.
