    Talis Group's client is prestigious small law firm led by an award-winning trial attorney, specializing in complex personal injury litigation. This firm is committed to providing unparalleled legal representation, championing the rights of our clients, and achieving impactful results. This firm is hiring a Litigation Attorney to join their team. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable experience in handling complex legal matters at the direction of seasoned Trial Attorneys. Firm offers Health insurance and pension, as well as origination and performance bonuses. Highlighted Duties:
    • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
    • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
    • Prepare for and participate in court hearings, trials, and depositions.
    • Collaborate closely with our attorneys and legal team to develop case strategies and tactics.
    • Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.
    • Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
    Highlighted Requirements:
    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Admission to the Kentucky Bar.
    • Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience, preferably injury litigation.
    • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft compelling legal arguments.
    • Strong oral advocacy skills to effectively represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
    • A demonstrated passion for litigation and a commitment to pursuing justice for our clients
    • Some travel for court appearances required – all expenses reimbursed.
