The Schönlein Traffic Technology is the competent service provider for all areas of traffic safety and technology and currently operates from five locations in Germany: Dresden, Löbau, Leipzig, Chemnitz and Cottbus. We accompany our customers through the entire process of their traffic safety projects.

For the expansion of our team at the LÖBAU location, we are currently looking for a permanent, part-time or full-time: Office Clerk (m/f/d) in the field of construction site and traffic safety.

Your tasks

  • Examination of measurements and invoicing of contractual services
  • Examination of invoice returns and clarification of open items
  • Maintenance and recording of monthly statistics
  • Completion of general office tasks, such as telephone and written correspondence

Your skills and knowledge

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • First professional experience in the commercial sector desirable
  • Secure handling of IT (e.g. with MS Office)
  • High level of initiative, reliability, teamwork and communication skills
  • Structured, independent, accurate and reliable way of working
  • Discreet handling of sensitive, confidential information
  • Good to very good knowledge of German in
