Responsibilities

  • Coordinate technical and organizational aspects to ensure timely completion of precast orders/SF construction sites in the Knoxville region
  • Responsible for cost, quality, and schedule management
  • Assist in managing precast and detailed planning with external partners
  • Personnel and formwork planning
  • Contracting and management of subcontractor services
  • Implement technical, contractual, and economic requirements
  • Limited travel required due to regional construction sites

Profile

  • Completed degree in civil engineering, training as a construction technician/draftsman or equivalent education
  • Previous experience in construction management of SF construction sites preferred
  • Knowledge of reinforcement technology, concrete technology, and manufacturing technology
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, teamwork, and initiative
  • High level of resilience and commitment
  • Proficient in MS Office, ideally also in iTWO
