    Hospice – Case Manager

    Our client is a growing Healthcare organization based in the east Dallas, TX area that offers its employees a great work/life balance, top-rated management and a low turnover rate.

    The Position: We're actively looking for a Clinical Director (RN) and are offering the following compensation and benefits:

    • $85,000 to $92,000 Depending on Experience
    • Health Insurance 60% Paid by Employer

    Requirements:

    • Must be a Registered Nurse Licensed to Practice in Texas
    • EMR- Home Care Home Base (Point Care)
    • Must Have Reliable Transportation And Maintain a Current Driver License

    Responsibilities:

    • Monday – Friday (8:00 to 5:00)
    • Average of 15 Patients Per Week
    • No on Call
    • East Dallas to South Dallas Coverage Area
