As a member of the M&A team, this Program Manager will be responsible for driving and collaborating with cross functional teams on the successful execution & completion of migrating a team from Zendesk onto Adobe's platform on Microsoft Dynamics.
Services
1.
Integration Proficiency:
Experience in integrating Support platforms to and from Microsoft Dynamics with other systems
2.
Planning and Execution:
To help develop a comprehensive migration plan, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgeting. Experience with Scrum framework is preferred for execution phase of the project
3.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks (technical, & financial) and developing mitigation strategies with other PM's
4. Understanding of Adobe SLC milestones is a plus.
5. Oversees timeline, quality, and operations
6. Understands overall scope and deliverables map against release timeline
7. Responsible for ensuring coordination of work efforts at program level, understands and manages critical path key dependencies
8. Works with Team Leads to understand status of work efforts and impact to the program to move delivery forward
9. Drives resolution of risks, issues and decisions, and escalates to governance forums as necessary
10. Establishes approach, tools, and templates to support program execution
11. Provides status, guidance and impediment review to sponsors & stakeholders
12. Facilitates Track, Cross Functional Team, Program Scrum of Scrums meetings to communicate and address risks, issues, actions, decisions, dependencies, and milestones delivery for the program

Project Schedule, Status Reports, Success Metrics Log Entries, RAID log Entries, Change log Entries, Escalation Procedure, Team Building Exercises, Team Recognition, Transition to Support Deck

Close Phase:
Warranty Period Agreement, Executive Summary of Validated Benefits Realization, and Summary of Retrospective Lessons Learned
Requirements
Must Have
1. Must have 4-7+ years of Program Management experience (understanding/working on large end-to-end programs)
2. Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering customer responses and needs, monitoring project scope and watching for potential roadblocks
3. Experience with transformational projects and/or Cloud-related projects
4. Must be a quick learner who can connect the dots
5. Will be managing big initiatives, interacting with key executive-level stakeholders
6. Advanced skills in SharePoint, JIRA and MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
7. Program/Project management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, Waterfall
8. Scrum knowledge to swiftly coordinate with Scrum team or run scrums if required
9. Experience managing software development programs, >2 is a plus
10. Created project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management
11. Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
12. Creative and proactive problem solver self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments
Nice to Have
1. Working experience as Scrum Master for 2-3 years
2. Knowledge in Zendesk, SAP ECC, SFDC and Microsoft Dynamics technologies.
3. Impact and influence In times of high pressure, you listen to different perspectives, evaluate, persuade and carefully shape team's work to deliver truly impactful results
