Your tasks:
- Organizing an efficient administrative department and its tasks
- Assisting the facility management
- Coordinating appointments and correspondence
- Checking and forwarding all forms for the areas of human resources, accounting, and facility management
- Material management / ordering
- Independently creating invoices for our clients
- Processing regular payment requests and invoice checks
- Managing cash and protocol accounts with monthly and annual closing statements
- Preparing facility-related data for annual financial statements and forwarding them
- Supporting and advising employees on personnel matters
- Managing and advising on employee files (vacation lists, sick leave, time accounts)
Your profile:
- Commercial education or training
- Professional experience in the commercial sector
- Independent work style, high self-motivation, and commitment
- Strong flexibility
- Organizational talent
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Team spirit
- High level of customer service orientation
- Willingness to take on responsibility
