Your tasks
- Implementation and continuous optimization of effective sales strategies for Germany and European sales partners
- Management of a sales team of approximately 10 employees in inside and outside sales
- Negotiation of contracts, ensuring win-win situations and creating closing rates
- Building long-term customer relationships through personal contacts to strengthen market position
- Analysis of sales data, creation of meaningful reports for the team and management
Your profile
- Experience in B2B sales, acquiring new customers and expanding existing business customers
- Good technical know-how
- Project experience in plant construction, water engineering or railway industry
