This position is based in Community Long Term Care (CLTC), Richland County.
Are you the Ideal Candidate? We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse II, Non-Institutional, who will report to the Area Administrator and Registered Nurse Supervisor. Responsible for conducting pre-admission assessments for Medicaid sponsored nursing home placement and Community Choices Waiver and Home Again program applicants. Knowledge of Community Long Term Care programs and systems is essential.
The South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services provides a comprehensive benefits package for FTE and TGE positions, including health, dental, vision insurance, long-term disability, life insurance, annual leave, sick leave, paid holidays, and retirement plans.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Requires a current, active Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in South Carolina with at least three years of clinical experience in acute settings and two years of healthcare experience.
