Job ResponsibilitiesThis position is located in Community Long Term Care, Anderson County.
Are you the One? We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse who works under the general supervision of the Area Administrator and Registered Nurse Supervisor.
Conducts pre-admission assessments for persons seeking Medicaid sponsored nursing home placement and for persons seeking admission to Community Choices Waiver and Home Again.
Completes PASRR Level I and II activities for those applicants seeking Medicaid sponsored Nursing Home Placement.Successful completion of an approved accredited Practical Nursing program.
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:
Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the State Board of Nursing for South Carolina.
