Job Description

Provide general accounting support to the business.
Ensure accuracy of financial statements following US GAAP and IFRS rules and guidelines. Maintain compliance with SOX reporting requirements.
Oversee general accounting operations and verify financial transactionsMonth-end closing tasks including journal entries, reconciliations and subledger processingFinancial statement results reporting and analysisAssist with tax and audit requestsProvide technical accounting guidance and advice as neededOther duties as requiredQualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and previous work experience of 5+ years in related field of study.
Thorough knowledge of US GAAP and experience with IFRSCPA preferred, but not requiredStrong communication skills and attention to detailsAbility to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyPrevious work experience in a manufacturing environment is preferredInventory costing experienceAdvanced level of knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience a plusAdditional Information
