- Providing hardware and software assistance in a mixed Windows/Mac environment
- Handling 1st and 2nd-line IT incidents and service requests
- Maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including SaaS services such as Google Workspace, VPN Administration, and MDM Administration
- Managing software licenses and operational alerts efficiently
- Supporting global technology initiatives and training employees on resource use and security policies
- Ensuring secure access to IT systems
- Creating and updating knowledge-based articles
- Managing office devices and company software procurement
- Building relationships with vendors and upholding operational security policies
- Developing new security protocols as needed
- Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global team
- Excellent deskside and remote support skills
- Knowledge of network protocols and information security best practices
- Proficiency in G-Suite administration and software licensing
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) technologies

The Opportunity
Joining our global systems support team, you will serve as the primary contact for our Brooklyn office employees. In this dynamic role, you will offer day-to-day assistance and contribute to exciting IT projects, based primarily at our Brooklyn location with occasional remote work options.
