Description
Responsibilities:Performs a variety of routine and complex administrative, secretarial, accounting, and customer service duties for the Airport.
Provide administrative support to staff and customers and exercises judgment in applying established office and accounting practices and procedures within the department.
Competencies for Successful Performance of Job Duties Working knowledge of computers and electronic data processing; working knowledge of modern office practices and procedures; some knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Skill in operation of listed tools and equipment:
Phone switchboard; mainframe computer terminal; personal computer including word processing software; copy machine; postage machine; fax machine; base radio; calculator; credit card processing equipment.
Copy machine, computer, typewriter, and printer, Dictaphone, tape player, adding the machine.Ability to perform cashier duties accurately; ability to effectively meet and deal with the public; ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; ability to handle stressful situations.
Ability to type fifty (50) to sixty (60) words per minute. Required Licenses or Certifications Must have a valid SC Driver's license or ability to obtain one.
