- Initially, he serves as the primary doctor for the first 150 to 300 members/patients during the first year of operations, then shifts into management as outlined below.
- Responsible for recruiting new doctors, and middle-level teams as the medical facility expands.
- Managerial role overseeing a team of 10 doctors and the middle level team.
- Manage the vision within the hiring, training, recruitment, core values, and culture for the bva entire medical team.
- Develops the overall medical plan, outlining the philosophy and proactive approach to patient care.
- Collaborates with the Director of Member Experience on integrating medical plans into the marketing strategies.
- Establish and market relationships with specialists such as cardiologists and orthopedics.
- Annual compensation $350,000
- Annual bonuses at 25%- 50% plus equity options
