The German Roller Sports and Inline Association is seeking a Performance Sports Coordinator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible in full-time employment with extensive experience in the field of performance sports and corresponding qualifications.

The Performance Sports Coordinator will lead the performance sports department of the DRIV in the sports commissions of inline hockey, artistic roller skating, and speed skating.

He/She is responsible for implementing the association's support and performance sports development for the three World Games sports.

Main responsibilities include:

Implementation of strategic management of performance sports in collaboration with (chief) national and freelance coaches, specialist consultants, and the three sports commissions.
Implementation of decisionmaking authority in the supported sports of the DRIV.
Analysis of international performance development, including resulting strategic adjustments.
Responsibility for the development of a highperformance and junior performance concept (talent scouting, talent selection, talent transfer, and longterm performance development) as well as specific structural plans, framework training plans, etc.
Responsibility for the creation, communication, and implementation of nomination guidelines for international competitions/championships, as well as selection criteria for national teams.
Coleadership for the World Games (WG).
In collaboration with the sports commissions, coordination of the overall planning of all training and competition measures for national team athletes, as well as support services in sports medicine, sports physiotherapy, training, and movement sciences.
Organization and implementation of scientific projects in performance sports.
