    Location: Fallon, Nevada...... Relocation to Fallon, Nevada is a requirement.     Position: Service Technician – Industry Experience Preferred.

    Full-time, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

    Compensation: Based on Experience in a variety of disciplines. Copier service experience (Preferred), Networking, Mechanical, Trouble shooting, hospitality experience a plus.

We focus on keeping the customers completely satisfied by trying harder on every service request. If you have a mechanical mind and good customer service skills we are willing to train the right person to repair a variety of copier brands, including Konica Minolta, Sharp, Lexmark and HP wide format. Our training consists of a mix of Shop repairs, ride alongs, virtual training and web based training.

    Daily Duties: A typical day is dispatching to service requests first thing in the morning that are anywhere from 5 – 100 miles from our office, visiting multiple accounts and resolving a variety of issues from copy quality to network scanning/printing issues.
