To strengthen our team in Mainz-Hechtsheim, we are currently seeking a full-time administrative employee with strong organizational skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Complete processing of customer orders
  • Disposition tasks and support for the disposition manager
  • Handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and preparing quotes
  • Telephone customer service
  • Office organization and general administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Business education or equivalent with professional experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle stress
  • High level of customer service, flexibility, and teamwork
