You and your team are responsible for outstanding service quality and customer satisfaction at Garden Acres, and you enjoy contributing your own ideas to optimization processes.

With these tasks, you ensure our joint success:

  • Processing all incoming service requests for all users, including VIP support, categorization, prioritization, and escalation according to service desk procedures
  • Timely provision and coordination of 1st and 2nd line support for all IT infrastructure services and business applications together with your support team
  • Procurement, configuration, and provision of new desktop hardware and software as needed, as well as proactive development of optimization approaches for the use of hardware and software
  • Quality management and optimization of internal IT processes and regulations
  • Training and mentoring your colleagues in solving hardware and software requests, customer satisfaction, and optimization approaches

Your profile:

  • You have completed vocational training in the IT field with experience in network and communication systems, and have been working in IT service for more than 5 years
  • Extensive experience in managing service desk issues to completion while adhering to SLAs and informing users about the status of services, incidents, and requests
  • Several years of experience with support, setup of PC hardware, and network patch management
