Salary Range - Pay is commensurate with qualifications and experience, combined with an excellent benefits package.
General Summary - Coordinates various department processes and programs and performs data entry. Provides clerical and administrative support for all human resources units.
Major Duties
- Provides front desk customer service.
- Provides support to department units. Responds to internal and external requests for employee information, including creation of transaction forms.
- Prepares and sends written correspondence to internal and external customers and responds to routine requests.
- Coordinates the Form I9 process and serves as point person for all processing and audits. Maintains hard copy and electronic files. Responds to general questions.
- Coordinates the student and graduate assistant appointment and transaction processes, including data entry and student mass terms. Analyzes, interprets, identifies discrepancies, and resolves problems from source documents.
- Coordinates the electronic personnel file process. Reviews scanning and verifies documents. Audits for errors.
- May coordinate and participate in additional processes and programs.
- May functionally supervise student employees.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with wordprocessing and spreadsheet software.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited institution.
