    We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a broad range of challenging and complex commercial real estate matters. You will have the chance to work closely with our clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on all aspects of commercial real estate law. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial law, negotiation, and due diligence. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate law and a proven track record of success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive legal advice and support on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
    • Conduct thorough and meticulous due diligence investigations to identify any potential risks or liabilities associated with commercial real estate transactions.
    • Negotiate, draft, and review complex commercial real estate agreements and contracts, ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
    • Represent the company in any legal disputes or litigation related to commercial real estate.
    • Collaborate closely with other members of the legal team and liaise with external legal counsel as required.
    • Keep abreast of changes in commercial real estate law and regulations, and advise the company on any potential impacts or risks.
    • Provide training and guidance to other members of the team on commercial real estate law.

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Attorney.
    • Licensed to practice law in the state.
    • In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate law and regulations.
    • Proven experience in conducting due diligence investigations and negotiating complex commercial real estate transactions.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to represent the company effectively in a variety of legal matters.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound legal judgments and decisions.
    • High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal practice.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a busy workload and meeting tight deadlines.
    • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
