    POSITION SUMMARY
    As an Automotive Service Technician for Big O Tires, you will perform service and installation activities associated with store products and services in an accurate and timely manner. This store is one of the busiest service departments for Big O Tires in the state of Arizona. We need a technician that is ready to go, jump in an flag a lot of hours


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Repair and diagnose all makes and models of vehicles
    • Drivability, brakes, shocks/struts, check engine lights, engine swap, alignments, flushes, various repairs
    • Provide fast and friendly customer service
    • Promote sales through explaining benefits of service and products to customers
    • Maintain timely and professional communication with management, employees, vendors and customers
    • Keep supervisor informed of any maintenance problems and/or any issues that need attention
    • Safely operate customer vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions
    • Maintain a clean environment, tools and equipment, using company guidelines
    • Know and adhere to company policies and procedures
    • Utilize and perform all duties on the company checklists to meet consistent adherence to policies, procedures and expectations
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • ASE Certification NOT required but helpful
    • Reliable transportation to work
    • 3+ years as an automotive technician in a professional shop doing repairs.
