We are currently seeking a part-time (30 hours/week) nursing professional (m/f/d) for our social station in Angermünde, located at Schwedter Straße 11 in 16278 Angermünde.

Our social station provides household support, outpatient care, and home nursing and care for seniors in their own homes. Our employees assist with personal care, household management, and connecting clients with resources outside of their homes. They also provide services for outpatient nursing care, helping to prevent or shorten hospital stays.

Your role will involve promoting the independence and well-being of our clients through individualized, activating, and holistic care and support.
