Your tasks:
- As a train traffic controller, you are responsible for the safe and punctual execution of train and shunting journeys, taking into account necessary checks and precautions, such as track inspections
- In case of disruptions in operations, you conduct a risk assessment, maintain communication with all parties involved, and ensure safe train operations
- You work in compliance with applicable regulations, including local provisions, as well as operational orders and instructions, and document them
- You are also responsible for issuing, delivering, transmitting, and documenting train-related messages, orders, commands, and timetable notifications
- You operate and monitor the assigned signaling and safety systems as well as telecommunications systems
- Completed vocational training as a train traffic controller (EiB F or lateral entry) and active qualification as a train traffic controller with excellent knowledge of operations
- Your work style is characterized by independence, diligence, and solution orientation
