For the expansion of our event technology team, we are looking for a
Head of Event Technology
(m/f/d) in full-time, who will help us make our vision come true

Your tasks:

Technical management of events
Planning and preparation of various events in close coordination with event management and operations, including materials (sound, lighting, video, rigging)
Maintenance and upkeep of lighting, sound, and media equipment
Negotiation with customers and creation of cost calculations with constant cost control
Creation of a scheduled production plan and communication with all involved departments
Assessment of requirements and expenses for externally awarded services in event technology as well as their control and acceptance
Updating of technical equipment based on current requirements, purchase and sale of materials

What you bring:

Completed master's degree or studies in the field of event technology or comparable qualification with professional experience
Coordination skills, thinking across departments and trades
