Your Responsibilities

You handle registrations, cancellations, supplier change processes, and cancellation requests in accordance with GPKE/GeLi Gas regulations
You are responsible for commercial device installations, removals, and changes, especially for RLM delivery points
You handle telephone and written correspondence with market partners
You are also responsible for monitoring incoming messages and timely processing of assigned tickets

Your Profile

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, such as an industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or a comparable apprenticeship (possibly with additional qualification as an industrial specialist)
Ideally, you have some professional experience as a market communication employee
Knowledge of structures and processes in the energy industry is desirable
Proficient in MS Office applications
Independent and solutionoriented work style
Quick comprehension and initiative
